Oracle SCM Functional Consultant - MFG Module

Description :

We are looking for experienced Oracle Cloud Supply Chain Management (SCM) professionals with strong expertise in Manufacturing (MFG) and related SCM modules. The candidate will be responsible for implementing Oracle Cloud SCM solutions, working closely with business stakeholders, and delivering end to-end supply chain transformations.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Oracle Cloud Manufacturing along with Procurement, Inventory, Order Management, BOM, and Costing modules, and should have participated in at least one full lifecycle implementation.

Key Responsibilities :

- Participate in end-to-end implementation of Oracle Cloud SCM Manufacturing module

- Gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications

- Conduct fit-gap analysis and recommend best practice solutions

- Configure Oracle Cloud SCM modules including Manufacturing, Inventory, BOM, and Costing

- Design and document business processes, solution architecture, and configuration setup

- Collaborate with business stakeholders for process improvements and system enhancements

- Support data migration, SIT, UAT, and production deployment activities

- Work closely with technical teams for integrations, reports, and extensions

- Prepare functional design documents (FDD), test scenarios, and training materials

- Provide post-go-live support and resolve functional issues

- Assist in change management and user training sessions

- Ensure solution alignment with Oracle Cloud SCM best practices

Must Have Skills :

- 3- 10 years of experience in Oracle Cloud Supply Chain Management (SCM)

- Minimum one full-cycle Oracle Cloud SCM implementation

- Strong hands-on experience in Oracle Manufacturing (MFG) Cloud

- Experience with Oracle SCM modules :

6. Order Management

- Experience in requirement gathering and business process mapping

- Fit-gap analysis and solution design expertise

- Oracle Cloud configuration experience

- Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills

- Excellent communication and documentation skills

- Experience in Planning modules (Supply Planning / Demand Planning)

- Knowledge of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM)

- Experience in integrations using REST/SOAP APIs

- Understanding of Oracle Fusion architecture

- Experience in Agile/Scrum methodology

- Oracle Cloud certification in SCM
