About the Role :

We are looking for an experienced Oracle SCM Functional Consultant to support and drive the implementation, rollout, and support of Oracle Cloud Supply Chain Management (SCM) solutions across the organization.

The role will serve as a key link between business stakeholders, project teams, and technical teams to ensure successful delivery of Oracle Cloud SCM initiatives. The ideal candidate should possess strong functional expertise in Oracle Cloud Inventory and Manufacturing modules, along with a solid understanding of business processes, integrations, and implementation methodologies.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end functional implementation, rollout, and support of Oracle Cloud SCM modules, primarily Inventory and Manufacturing.

- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and translate them into effective Oracle Cloud SCM solutions.

- Configure and maintain Oracle Cloud Inventory and Manufacturing modules based on business requirements.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders, project managers, and technical teams to ensure successful project delivery.

- Participate in requirement gathering workshops, Conference Room Pilot (CRP) sessions, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and go-live activities.

- Prepare functional design documents, configuration documents, test scenarios, and test scripts.

- Work closely with Contract Manufacturing teams to support manufacturing processes and related business scenarios.

- Manage and support EDI integration requirements from a functional perspective.

- Write and validate SQL queries for data analysis, validation, and reporting requirements.

- Provide post go-live support, troubleshoot functional issues, and ensure timely resolution.

- Drive process improvements and recommend best practices within Oracle Cloud SCM.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 7 to 15 years of overall IT experience with a strong focus on Oracle Cloud SCM.

- Hands-on functional experience in :

i. Oracle Cloud Inventory Management

ii. Oracle Cloud Manufacturing

iii. Oracle Cloud Planning (basic knowledge preferred)

- Strong understanding of Supply Chain Management processes and Oracle Cloud SCM functionalities.

- Experience in end-to-end Oracle Cloud implementation projects.

- Good understanding of EDI integration concepts, processes, and business flows.

- Ability to write and validate basic to intermediate SQL queries.

- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work independently and lead functional discussions with business users and project teams.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience in multiple Oracle Cloud SCM implementation and support projects.

- Exposure to Contract Manufacturing processes and scenarios.

- Knowledge of Oracle Cloud Planning modules.

- Oracle Cloud SCM certifications preferred.

- Experience working in manufacturing or enterprise supply chain environments.
