Oracle SCM Functional Consultant

Description :

We are actively looking for skilled Oracle SCM Functional Consultants with strong end-to-end implementation experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have worked on Oracle SCM Cloud / Oracle EBS SCM implementations, gathering business requirements, configuring modules, and supporting go-live activities. Candidates with only support, contract, administration, or end-user experience will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities :

- Participate in end-to-end Oracle SCM implementation projects

- Work with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements

- Prepare Functional Requirement Documents (FRD) and Solution Design Documents

- Configure Oracle SCM modules based on business needs

- Conduct fit-gap analysis and propose optimal solutions

- Perform system configuration, testing, and validation

- Support CRP, SIT, UAT, and Go-live activities

- Work closely with technical team for integrations, reports, and customizations

- Provide functional guidance during data migration activities

- Prepare test scripts, training documents, and user manuals

- Conduct user training sessions and workshops

- Troubleshoot functional issues and provide resolution

- Support post-go-live stabilization and hypercare phase

- Ensure adherence to implementation timelines and deliverables

Required Skills :

- Strong experience in Oracle SCM Cloud or Oracle EBS SCM

- Experience in at least 1-2 end-to-end implementations

- Hands-on configuration experience in SCM modules such as :

1. Inventory Management

2. Procurement / Purchasing

3. Order Management

4. Product Information Management (PIM)

5. Supplier Management

6. Supply Planning / Demand Planning

7. Manufacturing (Optional but preferred)

8. Cost Management (Good to have)

9. Business process mapping

10. Requirement gathering

11. Fit-gap analysis

12. Functional documentation

13. UAT support

14. Data migration support

- Experience in Oracle Fusion SCM (preferred)

- Knowledge of SCM integrations with Finance modules

- Understanding of REST/SOAP integrations (functional perspective)

- Exposure to OTBI / BI Reports

- Experience in Agile / Waterfall implementation methodologies

- Strong stakeholder management skills

- Must have implementation experience

- Must have worked in client-facing role

- Should be comfortable with configuration and solutioning

- Support-only profiles will not be considered

- Contract/admin/end-user roles will not be considered

- Excellent communication skills

- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability

- Ability to work with cross-functional teams

- Good documentation skills

- Ability to manage multiple priorities
