Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Oracle SCM Consultant to support the implementation, configuration, enhancement, and optimization of Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM solutions.

The ideal candidate should have strong functional expertise in Oracle SCM modules and the ability to translate business requirements into scalable Oracle Cloud solutions.

The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, functional teams, technical consultants, integration teams, and project leadership to deliver end-to-end SCM transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead requirements gathering, business process analysis, solution design, configuration, testing, and implementation of Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM solutions.

- Understand business requirements and translate them into effective Oracle SCM functional solutions.

- Configure Oracle SCM modules based on business processes and organizational requirements.

- Conduct workshops, requirement-gathering sessions, solution walkthroughs, and user training.

- Prepare functional specifications, process documents, configuration documents, and test scenarios.

- Support end-to-end implementation, rollout, enhancement, migration, and production support activities.

- Work closely with technical teams on integrations, reports, extensions, data migration, and interfaces.

- Identify process gaps and recommend improvements using standard Oracle Cloud capabilities.

- Support SIT, UAT, regression testing, defect resolution, and deployment activities.

- Analyze production issues and provide timely functional solutions.

- Ensure solutions follow Oracle Cloud best practices and enterprise standards.

- Support Oracle quarterly releases by assessing new features, conducting impact analysis, and recommending improvements.

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Finance, Procurement, Manufacturing, Order Management, Logistics, and Planning.

- Provide functional guidance and mentor junior consultants where required.

Hands-on experience in one or more of the following Oracle SCM modules :

- Procurement

- Purchasing

- Inventory Management

- Product Management

- Cost Management

- Warehouse Management

- Logistics / Transportation Management

Required Skills & Experience :

- 6-11 years of experience in Oracle SCM / ERP consulting.

- Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM.

- Strong functional knowledge of one or more Oracle SCM modules.

- Experience in Oracle SCM implementation, configuration, testing, and production support.

- Good understanding of end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Order-to-Cash (O2C), Inventory, and Supply Chain processes.

- Experience in requirement analysis, solution design, configuration, and functional documentation.
