Key Responsibilities:

- Configure and support Oracle Cloud RMCS based on business requirements and project needs.

- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and independently resolve RMCS issues and defects.

- Analyze functional and technical issues across RMCS processes and integrations.

- Understand and troubleshoot the setup and relationship between Oracle EBS and RMCS for various business use cases.

- Work closely with Order Management, Accounts Receivable (AR), and Subscription Management modules.

- Perform configuration, technical development, and defect fixes within RMCS.

- Analyze revenue management processes, including revenue recognition and accounting related flows.

- Support testing, deployment, and production issue resolution.

- Collaborate with functional, technical, and business stakeholders to identify root causes and implement sustainable solutions.

- Document configurations, technical solutions, and troubleshooting procedures.

Required Skills & Experience:

- 6+ years of relevant experience in Oracle RMCS / Revenue Management.

- Must have hands-on experience working with Oracle Cloud RMCS.

- Strong understanding of RMCS configuration and troubleshooting.

- Experience diagnosing and resolving RMCS defects independently.

- Strong understanding of how EBS and RMCS work together across different business scenarios.

- Good understanding of integration with Oracle Order Management, Oracle Accounts Receivable (AR), and Oracle Subscription Management.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work independently on configuration and technical issues.

Preferred Profile:

- Techno-functional Oracle RMCS resource preferred.

- Candidates with strong technical RMCS expertise who can independently configure, code, diagnose, and resolve issues will also be considered.

- Experience in implementation and production support environments is preferred.
