We are seeking a skilled Oracle Revenue Management Cloud Service (RMCS) Functional Consultant to join our Oracle Cloud ERP practice. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience implementing and supporting Oracle Fusion RMCS and a strong understanding of revenue recognition principles in accordance with ASC 606 and IFRS 15.

About the Role :

The consultant will work closely with finance and business stakeholders to design, configure, and implement revenue management solutions that align with organizational and regulatory requirements. This role involves managing data migration, validating configurations, executing conference room pilots (CRPs), system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), and production deployments.

Key Responsibilities :

- Gather business requirements, conduct fit-gap analysis, prepare functional design documents, configure Oracle RMCS, and support end-to-end implementation activities

- Define customer contracts, performance obligations, revenue allocation, satisfaction events, and revenue recognition rules while ensuring compliance with accounting standards

- Collaborate with technical teams to support integrations with Oracle Financials, Order Management, Subscription Management, Receivables, and external systems

- Provide post-go-live support, troubleshoot functional issues, recommend process improvements, and prepare user documentation and training materials

Required Skills :

- At least 4 - 10 years of Oracle ERP experience, including at least two full lifecycle Oracle Fusion RMCS implementations

- Strong knowledge of Oracle Financials Cloud, Receivables, General Ledger, Subledger Accounting (SLA), and revenue accounting processes

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Financial Reporting Center (FRC), and reporting tools

- Oracle Cloud certifications in Revenue Management or Financials

- Excellent analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills

Qualifications :

A bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field is required. Oracle Cloud certifications in Revenue Management or Financials are preferred.
