Job Description :

Oracle Retail Engineer to lead the product designs and development for Oracle SaaS Cloud upgrade V19 and above.

Responsibilities :

- Analyse business requirements and map business process in ReSA, RMS and ReIM applications.

- Identify gaps between the Oracle Retail solution's standard functionality and 7-Elevens C-Store requirements, and propose workarounds or necessary customizations.

- Hands-on experience with Oracle Retail v19 or above (SaaS), including SaaS deployment and upgrade strategies.

- Monitor and tune the application performance, especially batch operations and database queries

- Provide technical support, troubleshoot critical production issues, and apply patches/upgrades.

Technical Skills Required :

- Minimum 2 years of hands-on development experience using Pro-C, Oracle ADF, Shell Scripting, PL/SQL, and Oracle APEX for custom UI development. Design and implement integrations between Oracle Retail and other enterprise systems.

- Minimum 2 years of experience working in an Agile environment, leading teams, practices lean principles and promoting faster time to market

- Experience in Oracle Retail SaaS implementations, including migration from on-prem to cloud.

- Knowledge of REST API integrations and microservices architecture for Oracle Retail.

- Familiarity with OCI (Oracle Cloud Infrastructure) services for hosting and scaling Oracle Retail applications.

- Expertise in performance tuning for SaaS environments, including batch optimization and database query tuning.

- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines for Oracle Retail deployments in cloud environments.

- Experience with security and compliance for SaaS solutions (data encryption, identity management).Nice to have

Education & Experience :

- Functional knowledge on Oracle MOM is preferred
