Role Overview :

We are looking for an Oracle Reconciliation Specialist with experience across multiple Oracle ARCS implementations. The consultant will work through the complete implementation lifecycle including planning, design, configuration, integration, testing, training, change management, validation, and project closure.

Key Responsibilities :

- Translate business needs into technology-enabled Oracle ARCS solutions.

- Plan delivery, assess risks, gather requirements, design, develop, and implement Oracle ARCS solutions.

- Provide expertise in Reconciliation Compliance and Transaction Matching.

- Lead requirement gathering through project closure activities.

- Design complete Oracle ARCS solutions and application configurations.

- Lead and mentor junior team members during project execution.

- Manage internal and external stakeholders independently.

- Support integrations and reconciliation process improvements.

Required Skills :

- Relevant years of consulting experience with Oracle EPM background and Oracle ARCS.

- Implementations: Minimum 2 Oracle ARCS implementations.

- Reconciliation Formats, Auto Matching Rules, Reconciliation Workflow, Integrations.

- Hands-on experience in Transaction Matching Reconciliations.

- Strong client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Good to Have Skills:

- Requirements and design workshops.

- FCCS, Data Management and Automation exposure.

- Oracle ARCS Certification.

- Pre-sales, Sales, RFP and RFI support experience.

Educational Qualifications:

- BE / BTech.

- Chartered Accountant (CA).

- MBA in Finance.
