Oracle Quoting Techno-Functional Consultant

Job Description :

- Support pricing setups and quote price calculations.

- Troubleshoot and resolve production support issues within SLA timelines.

- Analyse and debug workflow-related issues in Oracle Workflow and Quote Approval workflows.

- Collaborate with business users and stakeholders during requirement gathering, issue resolution, and enhancement discussions.

- Participate in enhancement, rollout, implementation, and support activities.

- Prepare functional and technical documentation, support UAT activities, and ensure smooth deployment of solutions.

- Handle daily customer and business calls effectively while providing timely updates and resolutions.

Required Skills :

- Strong experience in Oracle EBS Quoting and Oracle HTML Quoting.

- Expertise in :

1. Oracle Quoting

2. Quote to Order Process

3. AME (Approval Management Engine)

4. Oracle Workflow

- Good understanding of :

1. Approval Rules

2. Approval Conditions

3. Resource Setup

4. Sales Rep Setup

5. Approval Hierarchies

- Hands-on knowledge of :

1. Customer Master

2. Site Setup

3. Pricing Setup

4. Price Calculations

- Experience in :

1. CPQ

2. SQL/PLSQL

3. OAF (Oracle Application Framework)

4. Writing and analysing SQL Queries

- Strong understanding of :

1. Oracle Workflows

2. Quote Approval Workflow

3. Oracle EBS Architecture

- Minimum 8 years of strong Production Support experience.

- Ability to analyse complex production issues and provide quick resolutions.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience working with :

1. Salesforce (SFDC) integrations

2. Oracle Sales Cloud (OSC)

3. Oracle Order Management

- Exposure to implementation and enhancement projects.

- Experience working in ITIL or SLA-driven support environments.

- Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams and offshore/onshore stakeholders.
