We are looking for an experienced Oracle PIM Techno-Functional Consultant to join our team for an Oracle PIM system upgrade project based out of Pune. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Oracle Product Information Management, along with good technical expertise in SQL, PL/SQL, integrations, data migration, reports, and upgrade impact assessment.

The consultant will be responsible for understanding existing Oracle PIM processes, performing upgrade impact analysis, validating configurations, supporting data migration and integrations, preparing functional and technical documentation, and supporting testing, cutover, and post-go-live stabilization.

Key Responsibilities :

- Analyze existing Oracle PIM / Product Hub setup, configurations, customizations, and integrations.

- Support Oracle PIM upgrade assessment, testing, deployment, and stabilization.

- Work with business users to validate item master, catalogs, categories, attributes, item relationships, and approval workflows.

- Prepare functional and technical specifications for enhancements, reports, interfaces, and conversions.

- Support data migration, cleansing, reconciliation, and validation activities.

- Troubleshoot interface, data quality, reporting, and configuration issues.

- Validate integrations with Oracle SCM, Procurement, Inventory, Order Management, Manufacturing, Finance, and external systems.

- Develop SQL queries and support technical analysis for issue resolution.

- Participate in SIT, regression testing, UAT, cutover, go-live, and hypercare support.

- Prepare required project documentation and knowledge transfer material.

Required Skills :

- 7+ years of experience in Oracle Applications / Oracle EBS.

- Strong experience in Oracle PIM.

- Experience in Oracle upgrade, migration, implementation, or support projects.

- Good functional knowledge of item master, item classes, catalogs, categories, attributes, lifecycle phases, and change orders.

- Strong technical knowledge of SQL, PL/SQL, APIs, integrations, FBDI, ADFdi, REST/SOAP services, BI Publisher, and OTBI.

- Experience in data migration, reconciliation, and integration testing.

- Ability to prepare functional and technical design documents.

- Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills.
