We are hiring Oracle Permitting & Licensing (OPAL) Functional Consultants with hands-on experience in Oracle Community Development.

Key Skills Required :

- Oracle Permitting & Licensing (OPAL) implementation experience

- Oracle Community Development Cloud

- Permit and License lifecycle configuration

- Application Intake Forms, Reviews, Inspections, Approvals & Permit Issuance

- Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)

- Oracle Process Automation (OPA)

- Workflow Automation & Business Rules Configuration

- Government / Public Sector project experience preferred

- Stakeholder Management and Requirements Gathering

Preferred Experience :

- End-to-end OPAL implementations

- Public Sector / Municipality / City Government projects

- Integration with payment gateways and external systems

- Decision Models and Process Automation
