Role Overview :

As a PBCS Consultant, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing Oracle Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service (PBCS) and Enterprise Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service (EPBCS) solutions for our clients. You will work closely with clients to understand their business requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and configure the PBCS/EPBCS application to meet their needs. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, including finance, IT, and business stakeholders, to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities :

- Gather and analyze client business requirements related to financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting to design effective PBCS/EPBCS solutions.

- Develop and configure PBCS/EPBCS applications, including forms, rules, reports, and dashboards, to meet client-specific needs.

- Lead and participate in the full project lifecycle, from requirements gathering and design to implementation, testing, and deployment, ensuring timely and successful project delivery.

- Provide training and support to clients on PBCS/EPBCS functionality and best practices, empowering them to effectively utilize the application.

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to PBCS/EPBCS applications, ensuring optimal performance and data accuracy.

- Develop and maintain project documentation, including design specifications, configuration guides, and user manuals, to ensure knowledge transfer and maintainability.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest Oracle EPM Cloud features and functionalities to provide innovative solutions and recommendations to clients.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated ability to design, develop, and implement Oracle PBCS/EPBCS solutions for diverse business requirements.

- Proven expertise in Oracle Planning, Budgeting, and Forecasting processes, with a strong understanding of financial planning concepts.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients and cross-functional teams.

- Experience with Oracle EPM suite of products, including Hyperion Planning, Essbase, and Financial Reporting.

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
