- Minimum 12 years of overall IT experience.

- Strong experience with Oracle Fusion HCM modules, including Core HR, Talent Management, and Workforce Management.

- At least 2 years of hands-on experience in Oracle Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS) application development.

- At least 2 years of hands-on experience in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC Gen3) integration development with experience integrating Fusion using REST/SOAP APIs, HDL, HCM Extracts, BICC Extracts and BI Publisher (BIP) reports.

- At least 1 year of experience in Oracle Process Automation (OPA) development.

- Good functional understanding of Oracle Fusion Cloud architecture and business processes.

- Good knowledge of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) services, including Object Storage, Vault, IAM, and Monitoring.

- Hands-on experience with Oracle REST Data Services (ORDS) for developing and exposing RESTful services.

- Hands-on experience in developing, consuming, and testing REST/SOAP APIs, including authentication using OAuth 2.0, and proficiency with API testing tools such as Postman
