Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced Oracle PaaS Lead with strong expertise in Oracle Cloud technologies and enterprise integration solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and Oracle PaaS technologies including OCI, VBCS, APEX, SOA Suite, and PCS. This role will be responsible for leading solution design, integrations, cloud transformation initiatives, and end-to-end project delivery while collaborating with global stakeholders and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the design, development, and implementation of Oracle PaaS solutions.

- Gather business and technical requirements and convert them into scalable solution architectures.

- Deliver end-to-end Oracle Cloud integrations using OIC, OCI, VBCS, APEX, SOA Suite, PCS, and Dell Boomi where applicable.

- Lead technical teams through development, code reviews, deployments, issue resolution, and production support.

- Design and implement REST/SOAP-based integrations, APIs, and cloud-native solutions.

- Collaborate with business, functional, and cross-technology teams to drive successful Oracle Cloud transformation programs.

- Ensure adherence to integration best practices, security standards, performance optimization, and governance.

- Support deployment management, version control, release processes, and production support activities.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 8-10 years of experience in Oracle PaaS and Oracle Cloud technologies.

- Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).

- Experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).

- Expertise in Oracle APEX, VBCS, SOA Suite, PCS, and Oracle Middleware technologies.

- Strong knowledge of REST APIs, SOAP Web Services, Integration Patterns, API Design, Security, and Performance Tuning.

- Experience integrating Oracle Cloud solutions with Oracle ERP, HCM, SCM, CX, and third-party applications.

- Hands-on experience with SQL, PL/SQL, XML, XSLT, and JSON.

- Experience leading implementation, support, and enhancement projects.

- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and team leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

- Oracle certifications in OIC, OCI, or Oracle Cloud Platform.

- Experience with Dell Boomi or other cloud integration platforms.

- Exposure to DevOps, CI/CD, Automation, Cloud Migration, and Cloud-Native Architectures.

- Experience managing OCI security, networking, monitoring, and resource provisioning.
