About the Role:

Yukti Recruitment Solutions is hiring Oracle OTM Technical-Functional Engineers for multiple senior-level opportunities with our client in Hyderabad. We are looking for experienced professionals with strong hands-on expertise in Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) who can work across technical configuration, functional requirements, integrations, performance optimization and solution delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and configure advanced Oracle OTM Workflow Agents and business processes.

- Work extensively with the OTM Data Model, XML Schema, configuration and architecture.

- Design, develop and troubleshoot OTM integrations.

- Analyse integration issues and provide effective technical solutions.

- Perform performance tuning, scalability configuration and troubleshooting.

- Develop, optimize and troubleshoot solutions using Oracle PL/SQL.

- Gather and analyse business requirements from customers and stakeholders.

- Translate business requirements into effective technical-functional solutions.

- Work closely with customers, functional teams, technical teams and other stakeholders.

- Resolve technical and functional issues and ensure quality delivery.

Must-Have Skills :

- 5+ years of hands-on Oracle OTM experience.

- Strong expertise in Oracle OTM configuration and architecture.

- Hands-on experience with OTM Workflow Agents.

- Strong understanding of the OTM Data Model.

- Experience working with XML Schema.

- Strong experience with OTM integrations.

- Strong Oracle PL/SQL skills.

- Experience in performance tuning and scalability.

- Strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis capabilities.

Good-to-Have Skills :

- Java / J2EE, Spring, Oracle Coherence, Microservices, SOA, XML / XSLT, JMS, JAXB2, OXM, Web Services, Agile methodology, Logistics and Transportation domain knowledge.
