Job Overview :

We are looking for an experienced Oracle OSM (Order & Service Management) Developer with strong expertise in OSM cartridge development, order orchestration, and telecom OSS environments.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in developing and configuring OSM solutions, integrating systems through REST/SOAP APIs, and working with XML and XQuery.

The candidate will be responsible for supporting end-to-end order orchestration, development, testing, defect resolution, and Agile delivery.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop, configure, and maintain Oracle OSM cartridges.

- Design and implement order orchestration logic based on business and technical requirements.

- Develop and configure OSM order flows, processes, and related components.

- Integrate OSM with external systems using REST and SOAP APIs.

- Work with XML and XQuery for data transformation and processing.

- Troubleshoot technical issues and resolve defects during development and testing.

- Perform unit testing and support system/integration testing activities.

- Analyze requirements and translate them into scalable OSM solutions.

- Collaborate with architects, business analysts, QA teams, and other technical teams.

- Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, development, and release activities.

- Prepare and maintain technical documentation related to OSM implementations.

- Support production issues and provide technical assistance when required.

Mandatory Skills & Experience :

- 3 - 8 years of experience in Telecom OSS/BSS environments.

- Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in Oracle OSM development preferred.

- Strong experience in OSM cartridge development.

- Good understanding of order orchestration and order management processes.

- Strong knowledge of XML and XQuery.

- Hands-on experience with REST and SOAP APIs.

- Basic understanding of TM Forum (TMF) standards and concepts.

- Experience with integration and troubleshooting in complex telecom environments.

- Good understanding of software development and testing lifecycle.

- Experience working in an Agile development environment.

- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
