Job Description :

Role : Oracle OPAL Functional Consultant

Location : Remote - India

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and configure Oracle Permitting & Licensing (OPAL) applications.

- Gather requirements and design As-Is and To-Be business processes.

- Configure Oracle Cloud solutions for moderately complex projects.

- Prepare functional specifications and solution documentation.

- Work with business and technical teams through implementation and testing.

Requirements :

- 4+ years of Oracle Cloud and Government/Public Sector experience.

- 6+ years of experience implementing and configuring packaged/off-the-shelf software solutions.

- 6+ years of experience developing and documenting As-Is and To-Be business processes.

- Previous Oracle OPAL experience preferred.

- Experience with Code Enforcement, Planning, or Government permitting/licensing is a plus.
