We are looking for an experienced Oracle OAF & Oracle EBS Techno-Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) development and customization using Oracle Application Framework (OAF).

The ideal candidate will possess a blend of technical and functional expertise, enabling them to design, develop, customize, and support Oracle EBS applications while collaborating closely with business stakeholders to deliver scalable enterprise solutions.

This role requires hands-on experience in Oracle Forms, Reports, PL/SQL, Workflow, XML Publisher, and Oracle OAF development, along with a strong understanding of Oracle EBS business processes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, customize, and enhance Oracle EBS applications using Oracle Application Framework (OAF).

- Develop custom OAF pages, regions, controllers, extensions, and personalizations based on business requirements.

- Work extensively on Oracle Forms, Reports, PL/SQL packages, procedures, functions, triggers, and interfaces.

- Develop inbound and outbound integrations using APIs, Interface Tables, Open Interfaces, and Concurrent Programs.

- Customize Oracle Workflow processes and notifications to automate business operations.

- Design and generate BI Publisher/XML Publisher reports and Oracle Reports.

- Collaborate with business users to gather requirements, prepare functional and technical specifications, and recommend suitable Oracle EBS solutions.

- Analyze production issues, perform root cause analysis, and provide timely resolutions.

- Support Oracle EBS implementation, enhancement, upgrade, migration, and rollout projects.

- Perform code reviews, unit testing, integration testing, and deployment activities.

- Optimize SQL queries, PL/SQL programs, and application performance for enterprise-scale environments.

- Ensure compliance with Oracle development standards, coding guidelines, and documentation practices.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams including Functional Consultants, DBAs, Infrastructure, and Business Users.

- Participate in system integrations with third-party applications and enterprise platforms.

- Provide production support, incident management, and continuous system improvements.

Required Skills:

- 9+ years of experience in Oracle EBS Techno-Functional consulting.

- Strong hands-on experience in Oracle Application Framework (OAF) development.

- Expertise in Oracle Forms, Reports, PL/SQL, SQL, Oracle Workflow, XML Publisher, and Concurrent Programs.

- Experience in Oracle APIs, Interface Tables, Open Interfaces, Conversions, and Data Migration.

- Strong knowledge of Oracle AOL components including Value Sets, Lookups, Profile Options, Flexfields, and Concurrent Processing.

- Experience in Oracle EBS R12/R12.2 environment.

- Good understanding of Oracle EBS architecture and application development lifecycle.

- Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and performance tuning skills.

- Experience working in Agile development environments.

- Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Functional Knowledge (Preferred):

- Exposure to one or more of the following Oracle EBS modules is highly desirable:

1. Service Contracts (OKS)

2. Order Management (OM)

3. General Ledger (GL)

- Experience in Oracle EBS implementation or upgrade projects.

- Exposure to Oracle Integration technologies and Web Services.

- Knowledge of Oracle SOA Suite or Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) is an added advantage.

- Oracle certification in Oracle EBS or Oracle technologies is preferred.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and client-facing skills.
