Education Qualification :

- B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline

- MBA (preferred)

Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced Oracle MDM Consultant / Senior Consultant with 3-8 years of hands-on experience in Oracle Master Data Management (MDM) implementations, support, and enhancement projects.

The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in master data management, Oracle integrations, data quality, and Oracle Fusion/EBS environments.

Key Responsibilities :

- Gather business requirements and design Oracle MDM solutions to support master data processes.

- Configure and manage master data domains such as Customer, Supplier, Product, Item, or Vendor data.

- Perform data migration, cleansing, deduplication, validation, and data quality improvement activities.

- Develop, enhance, and support integrations between Oracle MDM and Oracle ERP/EBS/Fusion, CRM, and other enterprise applications.

- Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolution.

- Support unit testing, system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), and production deployments.

- Prepare functional and technical documentation.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and high-quality MDM solutions.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 3-8 years of hands-on experience in Oracle MDM implementation, support, and enhancement projects.

- Strong understanding of master data domains including Customer, Supplier, Product, Item, and Vendor data management.

- Experience with Oracle ERP/EBS/Fusion integrations using APIs, Web Services, and middleware technologies.

- Strong technical skills in SQL, PL/SQL, data migration, data cleansing, and data quality management.

- Experience in requirement gathering, solution design, testing, troubleshooting, and production support.

- Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

- Experience working with Oracle Fusion applications.

- Exposure to Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Oracle Data Integrator (ODI), SOA Suite, REST APIs, and SOAP Web Services.

- Knowledge of data governance, data quality, and master data standardization best practices.

- Oracle Certification and experience in end-to-end Oracle MDM implementation projects will be an added advantage.
