Role Overview :

As an Oracle JD Edwards (JDE) Technical Consultant, you will serve as a critical bridge between complex business requirements and technical implementation. Based in our Hyderabad office, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining customized solutions within the JDE environment. You will collaborate closely with functional consultants and business stakeholders to translate operational needs into high-performance technical outputs, ensuring that our clients' ERP systems remain scalable, secure, and aligned with their evolving business objectives.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and develop custom business functions using C to extend the standard capabilities of the JD Edwards platform for specific client requirements.

- Create and maintain complex reports using JDE Report Writing tools to provide stakeholders with actionable data insights and operational visibility.

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical bottlenecks within the Oracle Apps environment to ensure seamless system performance and minimal downtime.

- Collaborate with functional teams to map business processes into technical specifications, ensuring that all customizations adhere to best practices and system integrity.

- Perform rigorous unit testing and support user acceptance testing to guarantee that all technical deliverables meet quality standards and business expectations.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated proficiency in developing and debugging business functions using C within the JD Edwards toolset.

- Strong technical command over JDE Report Writing tools and the ability to generate complex, high-performance reports.

- Deep understanding of Oracle Apps architecture and the ability to navigate and customize standard JDE modules effectively.

- Excellent analytical skills to translate ambiguous business requirements into precise technical solutions.

- Strong interpersonal communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and external clients.

- Ability to work effectively in an on-site environment in Hyderabad, maintaining high productivity and professional standards.

- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, supported by 3 to 8 years of relevant hands-on experience in JDE technical consulting.
