Job Summary :

We are looking for an Oracle Intelligent Advisor (OIA) / Oracle Policy Automation (OPA) Developer with 35 years of relevant experience.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in Oracle Intelligent Advisor (formerly Oracle Policy Automation) and a good understanding of PL/SQL.

Experience in the Telecom or Telecom Tower domain will be an added advantage.

Mandatory Skills :

- Oracle Intelligent Advisor (OIA) / Oracle Policy Automation (OPA)

- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in OIA/OPA

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Good to Have Skills :

- PL/SQL

- Telecom Tower Industry experience

- Telecom domain knowledge

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop, configure, and maintain Oracle Intelligent Advisor (OIA) solutions.

- Translate business policies into automated decision models and rules.

- Work closely with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.

- Develop and test policy models and decision services.

- Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.

- Support enhancements and ongoing maintenance activities.

- Prepare technical documentation and ensure adherence to coding standards.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Mandatory Candidate Requirements :

- Relevant experience must be 3 to 5 years. Profiles with lower relevant experience will not be considered.

- Candidate should be willing to work from the office from Day 1.

- Face-to-Face Interview is mandatory.

- Recruiters should perform basic profile validation and confirm the candidate's interest before submitting the profile.
