Role Overview :

We are seeking a seasoned Oracle Integration Specialist to lead the design, development, and deployment of complex integration solutions within our enterprise practice. In this role, you will act as a technical bridge between legacy systems and modern cloud environments, ensuring high-performance data flow across Oracle Fusion Cloud and peripheral applications. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional project teams and key business stakeholders to architect scalable solutions that drive operational efficiency and support the digital transformation initiatives of our global clientele.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and implement end-to-end integration workflows using Oracle Integration Cloud to ensure seamless connectivity between disparate enterprise systems.

- Design and maintain robust REST and SOAP web services to facilitate secure, high-volume data exchange across the Oracle Fusion Cloud landscape.

- Migrate and modernize legacy SOA-based integrations to cloud-native architectures to improve system agility and reduce maintenance overhead.

- Troubleshoot complex integration bottlenecks and performance issues within Oracle JCS environments to maintain high availability for critical business processes.

- Partner with functional consultants and business analysts to translate complex requirements into scalable technical specifications that align with long-term business goals.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in architecting integration solutions using Oracle Integration Cloud and Oracle SOA Suite, with a deep understanding of service-oriented architecture principles.

- Advanced proficiency in developing and consuming REST APIs and SOAP Webservices to enable interoperability within Oracle ERP and Fusion Cloud environments.

- Proven ability to manage and optimize Oracle JCS instances, ensuring secure and efficient deployment of integration components.

- Strong analytical capabilities to diagnose system-level issues and implement effective, long-term technical resolutions.

- Exceptional communication skills to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and lead collaborative efforts across distributed teams.

- Minimum of 8 to 10 years of professional experience in Oracle middleware technologies, with a track record of delivering high-impact integration projects.

- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid or on-site model across our Bangalore, Chennai, or Hyderabad locations, demonstrating high adaptability to evolving project requirements.
