Role Overview :

We are looking for an Oracle Hyperion Techno-Functional Consultant with strong experience across Hyperion Planning, Essbase, HFM, FCCS, and EPBCS/PBCS. The ideal candidate should be able to bridge business requirements and technical implementation, with experience in designing, implementing, supporting, upgrading, and enhancing enterprise EPM solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and technical solutions.

- Conduct fit-gap analysis, business process mapping, solution design, and functional specification activities.

- Work with Finance and business stakeholders on budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, consolidation, and reporting requirements.

- Design, configure, implement, enhance, and support Oracle Hyperion EPM solutions.

- Work across Hyperion Planning, Essbase, HFM, FCCS, and EPBCS/PBCS environments.

- Develop and maintain Business Rules, Calculation Scripts, and Groovy Scripts.

- Design and support data integrations using FDMEE / Data Management.

- Develop and maintain reports using Financial Reporting, Financial Reporting Studio, and Smart View.

- Perform system upgrades, enhancements, migrations, testing, deployment, and production support.

- Troubleshoot functional and technical issues and perform root-cause analysis.

- Work with SQL and Oracle databases for data validation, troubleshooting, and integration requirements.

- Collaborate with developers, DBAs, Finance teams, and other technical stakeholders to deliver end-to-end EPM solutions.

- Prepare technical and functional documentation, including solution designs, specifications, test scenarios, and support documentation.

- Provide knowledge transfer and technical guidance to team members and business users.

Required Skills :

- 7 - 12 years of experience in Oracle Hyperion / Oracle EPM techno-functional consulting.

- Strong hands-on experience with one or more of Hyperion Planning, Essbase, HFM, FCCS, EPBCS/PBCS.

- Strong understanding of Budgeting, Forecasting, Financial Planning, Financial Consolidation, and Management Reporting.

- Experience in requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, solution design, and business process mapping.

- Hands-on experience with Business Rules, Calculation Scripts, and Groovy.

- Strong experience with FDMEE / Data Management and EPM data integration.

- Experience with Smart View and Financial Reporting / Financial Reporting Studio.

- Strong SQL and Oracle database knowledge.

- Experience in implementation, enhancements, upgrades, migrations, and production support.

- Ability to translate business requirements into scalable functional and technical solutions.

- Strong stakeholder management, analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
