Position: Oracle HRMS Techno Functional Consultant (ERP)

Location: Hyderabad

Educational Qualification:

- BE in Computer Science or Information Systems or equivalent

What we are looking for:

- 8+ years of experience in Core HRMS, Payroll, Absence Management and Benefits

- Excellent working knowledge in Forms Personalization, Reports, PL/SQL, OAF, Workflows, REST API, BI Publisher and Unix scripts

- Support business during month end close in the above-mentioned modules

- Experience in Data Migration and Integration of Oracle modules with third-party systems

- Understanding the requirement, design, development, troubleshooting and unit testing for both delivered and custom requirements

- Significant experience working with business counterparts for all clarifications and requirements

- Self-motivated and proven record of executing deliverables effectively

- Ability and desire to coach team members and business partners on solution adoption

- Strong domain knowledge with attention to detail

- Strong advanced analytical and problem-solving skills
