Role : Techno-Functional Consultant - Learning and Talent modules - Oracle HCM

Overview :

We are seeking a skilled Techno-Functional Consultant with an ability to design and develop core processes across employee life cycle such as performance and goal management, learning and compensation. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality Oracle HCM solutions, ensuring data integrity, system efficiency, and alignment with business needs.

Responsibilities :

- Work with the customer for requirements gathering, design, configuration and testing of business application

- Identify and document reports and interfaces specs.

- Assist in timely resolution of functional issues

- Interact with necessary groups for proper functional support of team activities

- Resolve any identified issues efficiently, ensuring high-quality deliverables.

Technical Expertise :

- Good understanding of Core HCM, Learning and Talent Modules

- Ability to configure learning features such as catalogs, content, self-paced learning and blended programs

- Expertise in talent management processes, compensation planning, and performance management best practices.

- Able to work with the technical team for interfaces and reports

- Able to understand and work with third party vendors for different integrations

Qualifications :

- 2-3 implementation cycle for Core HCM, Learning and Talent modules

- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

- Excellent problem-solving, and communication skills
