Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Technical Consultant with strong expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM technical development, data migration, reporting, and integrations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with HDL, FBDI, HCM Extracts, BI Publisher, and SQL/PLSQL, along with a solid understanding of Oracle Fusion HCM data structures.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and support Oracle Fusion HCM technical solutions.

- Perform data migration and conversion using HCM Data Loader (HDL) and File-Based Data Import (FBDI).

- Design and develop BI Publisher (BIP) Reports and HCM Extracts.

- Write complex SQL and PL/SQL scripts for data validation, reconciliation, reporting, and custom development.

- Analyze business requirements and provide technical solutions aligned with Oracle Fusion HCM best practices.

- Support data validation, testing, deployments, and production issues.

- Collaborate with functional consultants and business stakeholders during implementation and support activities.

- Prepare technical documentation and ensure adherence to development standards.

Technical Skills:

- Oracle Fusion HCM Technical, HCM Data Loader (HDL), File-Based Data Import (FBDI), Data Conversion & Migration, BI Publisher (BIP) Reports, HCM Extracts, SQL, PL/SQL, Data Validation & Reconciliation.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience working on Oracle Fusion HCM implementation or support projects.

- Knowledge of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) is an added advantage.

- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

- Experience working in Agile environments.
