Oracle HCM Talent & Learning Consultant

About the Role :

We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Talent & Learning Consultant with strong expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM Talent Management and Oracle Learning Cloud (OLC). The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in implementing, configuring, and supporting Oracle HCM Cloud solutions while working closely with business stakeholders to deliver scalable and efficient talent and learning management processes. This role requires strong functional consulting skills, experience in end-to-end Oracle HCM implementations, and the ability to support business transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities :

- Implement, configure, and support Oracle Fusion HCM Talent Management and Oracle Learning Cloud (OLC) modules.

- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, translating them into functional Oracle HCM solutions.

1. Talent Profiles

2. Goals Management

3. Performance Management

4. Talent Review

5. Succession Planning

6. Career Development

Configure Oracle Learning Cloud features :

1. Learning Catalog

2. Courses

3. Learning Offerings

4. Learning Assignments

5. Certifications

6. Learning Communities

- Conduct Fit-Gap Analysis and recommend Oracle HCM best practices.

- Prepare project documentation:

1. Business Requirement Documents (BRD)

2. Functional Design Documents (FDD)

3. Configuration Workbooks

4. Test Scripts

5. Solution Documentation

- Support Conference Room Pilot (CRP), System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), deployment, and post-go-live activities.

- Perform data migration using HDL (HCM Data Loader) and HSDL (HCM Spreadsheet Data Loader), ensuring data accuracy and validation.

- Collaborate with technical teams on integrations, reports, extensions, and Oracle HCM customizations.

- Troubleshoot production issues, provide application support, and resolve functional incidents within SLA timelines.

- Deliver end-user training and provide post-implementation support to ensure successful solution adoption.

Required Skills & Experience :

- Oracle Fusion HCM : Strong functional experience with Oracle Fusion HCM Talent Management and Oracle Learning Cloud (OLC).

- Talent Management Modules : Hands-on expertise in Talent Profiles, Goals Management, Performance Management, Talent Review, Succession Planning, and Career Development.

- Oracle Learning Cloud (OLC) : Experience configuring Learning Catalog, Courses, Learning Offerings, Learning Assignments, Certifications, and Learning Communities.

- Functional Consulting : Experience in Business Requirement Gathering, Fit-Gap Analysis, Solution Design, Functional Configuration, End-to-End Oracle HCM Implementations, and Business Process Optimization.

- Testing & Deployment : Experience supporting Conference Room Pilot (CRP), System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Go-Live Activities, and Post-Go-Live Support.

- Data Migration & Integration : Hands-on experience with HCM Data Loader (HDL), HCM Spreadsheet Data Loader (HSDL), Data Validation & Migration, Oracle HCM Integrations, and Reports & Extensions.

- Documentation : Experience preparing BRD, FDD, Configuration Workbooks, Test Scripts, User Manuals, and Solution Documentation.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud Certification (Talent Management and/or Learning Cloud) is preferred.

- Experience in multiple end-to-end Oracle HCM Cloud implementation projects.

- Knowledge of Oracle Recruiting Cloud, Core HR, or Compensation modules is an added advantage.

- Strong communication, analytical, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

- Experience working in Agile or hybrid project environments.
