Role : Oracle Cloud HCM - Presales

Skill :

- Knowledge of Oracle Cloud HCM modules - Core HR, Talent Management, Benefits, Performance, Recruitment, T&L, Workforce Management

- Knowledge in Agentic or Gen AI

- Experience with Implementations of Oracle Cloud HCM

- Understanding of Business requirements, Challenges & Ability to provide Solutions, Presenting value proposition

JD :

- Lead Pre-Sales with focus on Oracle HCM Cloud - Core HR, Talent Management, Benefits, T&L, Workforce Management

- Understand customer requirements and present Solutions/POV

- Own Response to RFP, RFI

- SME on HCM modules

- Own, Prepare and Deliver Product Demos, POCs and Solution presentations independently

- Support GTM initiatives

- Collaborate with Sales/Vertical Team

- Willing to Travel on short term - essential

- Good communication skills
