Hiring : Oracle HCM Fusion Cloud Compensation & Benefits Functional Consultant

We are looking for an experienced Oracle HCM Fusion Cloud Compensation & Benefits Functional Consultant to join our team and support end-to-end implementation and support activities.

Job Summary :

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in configuring Oracle Fusion HCM Compensation & Benefits modules and delivering full-cycle implementations, including design, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.

Key Responsibilities :

- Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into Oracle Fusion HCM Benefits configurations

- Configure Benefits setup including plan design, eligibility rules, rates, life events, and enrollments

- Support end-to-end implementation : fit-gap, design, testing, deployment, and support

- Perform SIT, UAT, and functional testing for benefits processes

- Work with technical teams for integrations with payroll and third-party vendors

- Resolve issues related to benefits configuration and processing

- Prepare functional documents, test scripts, and user guides

- Support training, change management, and production support activities

Required Skills :

- Strong experience in Oracle Fusion HCM Benefits configuration

- Expertise in eligibility profiles, life events, plan setup, and enrollment rules

- Experience in at least one full-cycle Oracle Fusion HCM implementation

- Knowledge of Core HR is an added advantage

- Strong understanding of benefits processes and compliance

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
