Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced Oracle HCM Functional Lead Consultant with 8 - 15 years of experience, with strong expertise in Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll, Compensation, Benefits, and/or Time & Labor (OTL). The role will involve end-to-end implementation, managed services, functional design, client engagement, and production support. The ideal candidate should be capable of working independently as an individual contributor as well as leading functional workstreams and projects.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead functional implementation and support engagements across Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll, Compensation, Benefits, and Time & Labor modules.

- Work with clients and business stakeholders to understand business processes, requirements, and challenges, and translate them into effective Oracle HCM solutions.

- Provide functional consulting and recommend Oracle HCM configurations aligned with business requirements and industry best practices.

- Lead or contribute to end-to-end Oracle HCM implementations, including requirements gathering, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-production support.

- Configure and support HCM modules based on project requirements and conduct functional impact assessments for enhancements and changes.

- Prepare functional design documents, configuration documents, test scenarios, and other project deliverables.

- Work closely with technical teams to explain functional requirements and support integrations and technical solutions.

- Conduct functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing and coordinate defect resolution.

- Independently manage production support tickets, troubleshoot functional issues, and provide timely resolutions.

- Support data conversion activities using HDL/HSDL and coordinate with technical teams on data migration requirements.

- Work with Fast Formula, BI Reporting, workflow notifications, approvals, and security configurations as required.

- Lead functional workstreams and coordinate with distributed teams to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.

- Participate in client meetings, solution discussions, status reviews, and presentations.

- Provide guidance to junior consultants and contribute to knowledge sharing and best practices.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 8 - 15 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud functional consulting.

- Strong hands-on experience in one or more of the following areas :

1. Oracle Cloud Payroll

2. Oracle Workforce Compensation

3. Oracle Benefits

4. Oracle Time & Labor (OTL)

- Experience in both Oracle HCM implementation and managed services/support engagements.

- Minimum 4 end-to-end Oracle HCM implementations across the relevant modules.

- Strong understanding of HCM business processes and the ability to map business requirements to Oracle SaaS HCM functionality.

- Experience in functional configuration, solution design, testing, deployment, and production support.

- Good understanding of workflow notifications, approval configurations, and HCM security.

- Exposure to HDL/HSDL, Fast Formula, and Oracle BI/Reporting is preferred.

- Ability to work effectively with technical teams on integrations, data migration, and custom requirements.

- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving capabilities.

- Excellent communication, presentation, documentation, and stakeholder-management skills.

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while also leading functional teams or workstreams.
