Job Description :

We are looking for an Oracle HCM Functional Consultant with 6 - 10 years of experience, specializing in Oracle Cloud Time and Labor (OTL). The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in configuration, time processing rules, Fast Formulas, workforce scheduling, integrations, UAT, and production support.

Key Responsibilities :

- Configure Oracle Cloud Time and Labor (OTL), including time entry layouts, processing profiles, worker time entry, and related setups.

- Design and configure time entry, validation, submission, and calculation rules using Time Rule Templates and Fast Formulas.

- Configure shifts, work schedules, work weeks, and workforce management structures.

- Integrate Time and Labor with Oracle Payroll, Absence Management, and Core HR.

- Configure and support time device/badge integrations.

- Conduct requirement-gathering workshops with business stakeholders.

- Prepare functional design documents, configuration specifications, and test scenarios.

- Support SIT, UAT, deployment, and drive UAT sign-off.

- Provide production support, perform root-cause analysis, and implement functional enhancements.

- Collaborate with technical and business teams to resolve integration and configuration issues.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 6 - 10 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud, with strong specialization in Time and Labor.

- Proven hands-on experience implementing and configuring Oracle Cloud Time and Labor (OTL).

- Strong understanding of time processing, validation rules, calculation rules, and time categories.

- Hands-on experience with Time Rule Templates and Fast Formulas.

- Experience configuring work schedules, shifts, and workforce management structures.

- Experience with time device/badge integrations.

- Good understanding of OTL integration with Payroll, Absence Management, and Core HR.

- Experience in requirements gathering, functional design, UAT, production support, and enhancements.

- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
