Role Overview :

We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Functional Consultant with expertise in US Payroll within Oracle Fusion Cloud. The ideal candidate will leverage their functional knowledge to implement, configure, and optimize payroll solutions while ensuring alignment with client business objectives.

Key Responsibilities :

- Implement and configure Oracle Fusion Cloud US Payroll solutions based on client requirements.

- Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand business needs and provide effective functional solutions.

- Analyze business processes and recommend best practices within Oracle HCM Cloud US Payroll.

- Conduct workshops, knowledge-sharing sessions, and user training programs on system functionalities.

- Support payroll-related configuration, testing, and deployment activities.

- Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to Oracle US Payroll modules.

- Prepare and maintain functional documentation and project deliverables.

- Work closely with project teams to ensure successful implementation and adoption of Oracle Fusion Cloud solutions.

- Stay updated on Oracle Fusion Cloud enhancements, new features, and payroll-related updates.

- Provide post-implementation support and assist with system improvements and optimization initiatives.

Required Skills & Experience :

- Strong functional expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud US Payroll.

- Experience implementing and configuring Oracle US Payroll solutions.

- Good understanding of Oracle HCM Cloud and payroll business processes.

- Ability to gather requirements, analyze business needs, and recommend appropriate solutions.

- Experience conducting workshops, user training, and stakeholder discussions.

- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities.
