About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Core HR, Absence Management, and Oracle Time & Labor (OTL) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Oracle HCM Cloud implementations, support, enhancements, and transformation programs, with a proven ability to translate business requirements into scalable Oracle HCM solutions.

This role requires strong functional consulting skills, stakeholder management capabilities, and hands-on configuration experience across Oracle HCM Cloud modules.

Key Responsibilities:

- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, conduct fit-gap analysis, and design Oracle HCM Cloud solutions aligned with business objectives.

- Configure and implement Oracle HCM Cloud modules including Core HR, Absence Management, and Oracle Time & Labor (OTL), ensuring adherence to best practices.

- Configure Enterprise Structures, Workforce Structures, Jobs, Positions, Grades, Locations, Absence Plans, Accrual Rules, Time Consumer Sets, and Time Entry Rules.

- Support end-to-end Oracle HCM Cloud implementation, enhancement, rollout, upgrade, and transformation projects across multiple geographies.

- Prepare Functional Design Documents (FDD), Solution Design Documents (SDD), Business Requirement Documents (BRD), test scripts, and training materials.

- Collaborate with technical teams on integrations, data migration, reporting, HDL loads, HCM Extracts, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), and third-party system integrations.

- Support SIT, UAT, production deployment, hypercare, and post-production support activities while ensuring successful project delivery.

- Work closely with business stakeholders and leadership teams to conduct workshops, solution demonstrations, process optimization sessions, and provide functional consulting expertise.

- Experience working on global Oracle HCM Cloud transformation programs.

- Hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud quarterly releases and upgrade management.

- Experience with Oracle Fast Formula development for Absence and Time & Labor modules.

- Knowledge of Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC), Talent Management, Compensation, and Payroll modules.

- Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and third-party HR system integrations.

- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies.

- Knowledge of HR compliance, workforce planning, and organizational change management.

- Experience mentoring junior consultants and coordinating offshore/onshore delivery teams.

Good to Have:

- Oracle Digital Assistant (ODA) exposure.

- Knowledge of AI-driven HR solutions.

- Experience with REST APIs, SOAP Web Services, HDL Automation, and Oracle Integration Cloud.

- Experience working on large-scale enterprise or multinational Oracle Cloud implementations.

- Prior consulting experience with Big 4 firms or global system integrators.

- Oracle Cloud Human Capital Management (HCM) Certified Implementation Professional
