Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced Oracle HCM Functional Compensation Specialist with strong expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM Compensation.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in compensation configuration, implementation, functional support, and troubleshooting, along with a good understanding of compensation business processes and integration with other HCM modules.

Key Responsibilities :

- Configure and maintain Oracle Fusion HCM Compensation modules based on business requirements.

- Gather business requirements and translate them into functional solutions.

- Configure compensation plans, salary bases, grades, grade rates, and eligibility profiles.

- Support annual compensation cycles, salary reviews, merit increases, bonuses, and incentive programs.

- Configure and manage workforce compensation plans, budgets, worksheets, and approval workflows.

- Work with compensation managers and HR teams to support compensation planning and administration.

- Troubleshoot compensation-related issues and provide functional support.

- Prepare functional specifications, configuration documents, test scripts, and process documentation.

- Conduct CRP, SIT, UAT, and regression testing.

- Support data validation, reporting, and compensation-related integrations.

- Collaborate with Oracle HCM technical teams on reports, interfaces, and system enhancements.

- Provide post-implementation support and recommend process improvements.

Required Skills :

- Strong hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion HCM Compensation.

- Good understanding of Workforce Compensation, Individual Compensation, Salary Administration, and Total Compensation.

- Experience configuring compensation plans, eligibility profiles, salary bases, grades, budgets, and approval workflows.

- Understanding of Oracle Fusion HCM Core HR and its integration with Compensation.

- Experience in end-to-end implementation, configuration, and production support.

- Knowledge of HDL, HCM Extracts, OTBI, and BI Publisher is an advantage.

- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience in Oracle Fusion HCM implementation or support projects.

- Knowledge of compensation business processes and HR best practices.

- Experience working with global compensation requirements.

- Oracle Cloud HCM certification is an added advantage.
