Role : Oracle HCM Consultant OTL with Absence in Bengaluru Fulltime role Hybrid.

Expected Work Experience : 5 to 12 Years.

Job Summary :

An experienced Consultant specializing in Oracle Fusion Cloud, specifically in Oracle Time and Labor (OTL) and Absence Management.

The role involves providing functional expertise and consultation to clients, ensuring optimal use of Oracle solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Provide expert consultation on Oracle Fusion Cloud - OTL (Oracle Time and Labor) Management functionalities.

- Good understanding of writing Fast Formula.

- Understanding of Absences will be good to have.

- Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and translate them into Oracle solutions.

- Conduct workshops and training sessions for clients to maximize their use of Oracle systems.

- Develop and implement customized Oracle solutions to meet client requirements.

- Ensure the successful integration of Oracle solutions with existing client systems.

Qualifications & Skills :

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.

- Proven experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud, focusing on OTL.

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Oracle consulting, with a focus on functional implementation.

- Thorough understanding of Agile software development methodologies, values, and procedures.

- Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly and concisely.
