Oracle HCM Techno-Functional Consultant (Compensation & Benefits)

Summary:

- Drive configuration, enhancements, and support for Compensation and Benefits in Oracle Fusion.

- Partner with global C&B teams (India & US) to resolve issues and align HR processes.

- Manage integrations, reporting/analytics, and system changes based on business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide techno-functional expertise in Oracle Fusion PMS, Compensation & Benefits.

- Configure and maintain system setups and functionalities.

- Gather requirements, design solutions, and implement global system changes.

- Develop and support reports, dashboards, and analytics.

- Handle ad hoc reporting and data queries.

- Ensure data integrity, audits, and process compliance.

- Support ongoing projects, enhancements, and system improvements.

- Drive end-to-end delivery including testing, UAT, and deployments.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize HR processes and system efficiency.

Requirements:

- 38 years of Oracle Fusion HCM techno-functional experience.

- Strong expertise in Compensation, Benefits, and PMS modules.

- Experience in global configurations & multi-geo data setup.

- Hands-on with reporting/analytics (OTBI/BIP preferred).

- Knowledge of Core HR is an added advantage.
