Oracle HCM Consultant

Key Responsibilities :

- Provide functional advisory and consulting support across Oracle HCM Cloud.

- Gather, analyze, and validate business requirements from HR and business stakeholders.

- Translate business requirements into effective Oracle HCM functional solutions.

- Configure and support Oracle HCM modules based on business needs.

- Work on end-to-end HCM processes including requirements, solution design, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.

- Prepare functional specifications, process documentation, and solution designs.

- Support integrations between Oracle HCM and other enterprise applications.

- Lead functional testing, defect analysis, and resolution.

- Provide guidance on HCM process improvements and Oracle best practices.

- Collaborate with technical teams, HR stakeholders, project managers, and implementation partners.

- Support data validation, migration, and reconciliation activities.

- Provide post-implementation support and troubleshoot functional issues.

- Conduct knowledge-sharing sessions and support user adoption.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Strong experience in Oracle HCM Cloud functional consulting/advisory.

- Good understanding of core HR and HR business processes.

- Hands-on experience with one or more Oracle HCM modules such as :

1. Core HR

2. Absence Management

3. Payroll

4. Talent Management

5. Recruiting

6. Workforce Compensation

7. Performance Management

- Strong requirement-gathering and solution-design skills.

- Experience in Oracle HCM configuration and functional testing.

- Understanding of Oracle HCM integrations and data migration.

- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.

- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

- Oracle HCM Cloud certification would be an added advantage.
