Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the solution design process by mapping business requirements to Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll functionality to ensure high-quality system architecture.

- Configure complex payroll elements, balance definitions, and payment methods to meet specific UK legislative requirements and organizational needs.

- Develop and maintain intricate Fast Formulas to support unique payroll calculations, deductions, and reporting requirements.

- Manage the end-to-end testing lifecycle, including SIT and UAT, to validate payroll accuracy and system integrity before production deployment.

- Provide expert-level functional support to clients during the post-go-live phase, troubleshooting issues and optimizing system performance to minimize downtime.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate payroll data with core HR and finance modules, ensuring data consistency across the enterprise ecosystem.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated mastery in configuring Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll with a deep understanding of UK legislative payroll processes, including PAYE, NIC, and pension auto-enrollment.

- Proven ability to write and debug complex Fast Formulas to address custom business logic and unique payroll scenarios.

- Strong analytical mindset to translate ambiguous business needs into clear, actionable solution designs and functional specifications.

- Excellent communication skills to effectively articulate technical payroll concepts to non-technical stakeholders and facilitate productive client workshops.

- Ability to thrive in a remote or distributed work environment, maintaining high levels of self-motivation and accountability across multiple time zones.

- A background in professional services or consulting, with a track record of managing client expectations and delivering high-impact projects within defined timelines.

- Candidates must possess between 4 - 20 years of relevant experience in Oracle HCM implementations.
