Role : Oracle HCM Cloud Technical Consultant / Integration Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Consultant with strong expertise in HCM integrations and reporting.

The ideal candidate will bring deep technical knowledge and a proven track record of delivering enterprise's cale HCM solutions.

Role Overview :

- Lead and support HCM Cloud integrations across payroll, benefits, absence, and core HR.

- Design and optimize HCM Extracts, BI Publisher reports, BICC, and data migration solutions.

- Provide guidance on security roles, Fast Formulas, HDL/HSDL, and compliance reporting.

Key Responsibilities :

- Build and maintain SOA, REST API, SOAP Web Service integrations.

- Manage file based imports/exports and secure transfers via SFTP.

- Deliver BI Publisher, OTBI, SQL/PLSQL, XML reports.

- Support enterprise clients, especially in banking and financial services.

- Ensure solutions align with Oracle Fusion Cloud and OCI best practices.
