Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR Functional Consultant with 59 years of experience in Oracle HCM implementations, support, and enhancements.

The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Core HR / Global HR, including workforce structures, worker lifecycle management, organization and position management, approvals, and HR process configuration.

The role requires working closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, design functional solutions, configure Oracle HCM Cloud modules, and support testing, deployment, and post-go-live activities.

Key Responsibilities :

- Requirement gathering and solution design.

- Configuration of Oracle HCM Cloud modules.

- UAT support and issue resolution.

- Production support.

Additional Requirements :

- Exposure to integrations, reports, HDL/HSDL data loads, and security coordination.

- Cross-functional collaboration with modules such as Payroll, Absence, Talent, or Recruitment will be an advantage.

- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills are essential.
