Role Summary :

Seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Consultant with strong expertise in Enterprise & Labor (OTL) configuration, requirements gathering, HCM extracts, reporting, and integrations.

Key Responsibilities :

- Configure and support Oracle HCM Cloud Enterprise & Labor (OTL) modules.

- Conduct requirement workshops and document business processes.

- Prepare configuration and deployment documentation.

- Develop and maintain HCM Extracts and BI Publisher reports.

- Support integrations with upstream and downstream applications.

- Use SQL/PLSQL for technical development and troubleshooting.

- Support workflows, migrations, testing, and deployment activities.

- Identify project risks and issues and work with stakeholders on resolution.

- Collaborate with functional, technical, and integration teams.

- Provide strong client-facing communication and support.

Required Skills :

- 4-6 years of Oracle HCM Cloud experience.

- Strong hands-on experience in OTL configuration.

- Good knowledge of Oracle Global Human Resources Cloud.

- Strong SQL and PL/SQL skills.

- Experience with HCM Extracts and BI Publisher.

- Good requirement-gathering and documentation skills.

- Excellent client communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Good to Have :

- Knowledge of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).

- Experience with HCM workflows and migration activities.

- Understanding of Oracle HCM Cloud best practices.

- Exposure to project risk/issue management and client engagement.
