Role Summary :

We are looking for an Oracle HCM Cloud Consultant with hands-on experience in Enterprise and Labor (OTL) configuration. The role involves gathering requirements, configuring HCM solutions, developing extracts and reports, supporting integrations, and working closely with clients and project teams.

Key Responsibilities :

- Configure and support Oracle HCM Cloud Enterprise and Labor (OTL).

- Conduct requirement workshops and translate business needs into HCM configurations.

- Analyze and document business processes and prepare configuration documents.

- Develop and maintain HCM Extracts and BI Publisher reports.

- Support integrations with upstream and downstream applications.

- Perform technical development and troubleshooting using SQL/PLSQL.

- Support workflows, migrations, testing, and deployment activities.

- Ensure solutions follow Oracle HCM Cloud best practices.

- Identify project risks, issues, and dependencies and work with stakeholders on resolution.

- Coordinate with functional, technical, integration, and client teams.

- Provide clear client-facing communication, status updates, and knowledge transfer.

Must-Have Skills :

- 46 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud.

- Strong experience configuring Enterprise & Labor (OTL).

- Good understanding of Oracle Global Human Resources Cloud.

- Strong SQL and PL/SQL skills.

- Experience with HCM Extracts and BI Publisher.

- Experience conducting requirement-gathering workshops.

- Strong process documentation and analytical skills.

- Excellent client communication and stakeholder-management abilities.

Good-to-Have Skills :

- Knowledge of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).

- Experience with HCM workflows and migration activities.

- Understanding of Oracle HCM implementation best practices.

- Exposure to project risk and issue management.

- Strong client-management and consulting experience.
