Job Title : Oracle Cloud HCM Functional Consultant (Benefits)

Role Overview :

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Cloud HCM Functional Consultant specializing in Benefits to join our team.

The ideal candidate will bring strong domain expertise across the hire- to- retire cycle, proven success in end- to- end HCM implementations, and excellent client- facing skills.

Key Responsibilities :

- Deliver HCM Cloud Benefits implementations integrated with Core HR.

- Conduct requirement workshops, design, configuration, testing, and go- live activities.

- Resolve complex functional issues and act as a trusted advisor to clients.

- Mentor junior consultants, manage work allocation, and provide project status updates.

- Drive continuous improvement, knowledge sharing, and client engagement excellence.

Required Experience & Skills :

- 8-10 years of domain expertise in HCM, covering the full hire- to- retire cycle.

- Minimum 5 end- to- end HCM implementations, with at least 2 on HCM Cloud.

- Strong expertise in Benefits module and Core HR.

- In- depth understanding of HCM Cloud processes and data flows.

- Excellent communication, problem- solving, and negotiation skills.

- Proven leadership capability with planning, monitoring, and mentoring experience.

- Ability to interact frequently with clients and manage complex deliverables.
