Role Overview :

We are looking for an experienced Oracle HCM Benefits Lead Consultant with strong expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM Benefits. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience leading end-to-end Benefits implementations and possess a strong understanding of integrations, reporting, and data conversion activities within Oracle HCM Cloud environments.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the implementation and configuration of Oracle Fusion HCM Benefits solutions.

- Drive end-to-end Benefits implementation projects, ensuring successful delivery and stakeholder alignment.

- Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into functional solutions.

- Prepare Functional Design Documents (FDDs) for integrations and reporting requirements.

- Design and support Benefits-related integrations across Oracle HCM Cloud modules.

- Develop and review reporting requirements and solution designs.

- Perform conversion mapping and support data migration activities for Benefits-related objects.

- Collaborate with business users, functional teams, and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle.

- Support testing, defect resolution, and deployment activities.

- Provide functional guidance and best practices for Oracle HCM Benefits implementations.

Required Skills & Experience :

- Minimum 10+ years of experience in Benefits administration and Oracle HCM consulting.

- Experience working as a Benefits Lead on at least two end-to-end implementation projects.

- Strong expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM Benefits.

- Experience creating Functional Design Documents (FDDs) for integrations and reports.

- Hands-on experience with Benefits data conversion mapping and migration activities.

- Good understanding of Oracle HCM Cloud architecture and business processes.
