- Deep hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud - Benefits module configuration

- Strong knowledge of Core HR data model and its interaction with Benefits

Experience working with :

- Person, Assignment, Job, Grade, and Organization structures

- Eligibility profiles, derived factors, and formulas

- Data Management & Loaders

- Hands-on experience with HCM Data Loader (HDL) for :

1. Benefits plans, rates, and eligibility data

2. Life events and enrollment data loads

- Experience using Spreadsheet Data Loader (FBDI)

- Ability to analyze and resolve HDL load errors

Integrations & Interfaces :

- Experience supporting HCM Extracts for Benefits data

- Understanding of inbound and outbound integrations for Benefits

- Functional exposure to REST / SOAP APIs

- Experience coordinating with technical teams for integration testing

Reporting & Analytics :

- Strong experience in OTBI :

1. Subject areas related to Benefits, Workforce, and Enrollment

2. Creation of real-time analytics and dashboards

- Hands-on experience with BI Publisher :

1. Custom Benefits reports

2. Enrollment, eligibility, and coverage reporting

Security & Access Controls :

- Knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud security framework

Experience configuring :

- Job roles and duty roles for Benefits

- Data roles and role mappings

- Understanding of data security policies related to Benefits

Testing & Release Management :

- Experience in SIT, UAT, and regression testing

- Creation of test scripts and test data for Benefits scenarios

- Support for environment refreshes and patch testing

- Oracle quarterly release impact analysis (Benefits module)

Troubleshooting & Support :

- Strong debugging and issue resolution skills for Benefits processes

- Experience managing Oracle SRs and coordinating fixes

- Root cause analysis for enrollment and eligibility issues
