Role Overview :

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Technical Consultant to support, enhance, and maintain Oracle Fusion HCM technical solutions.

The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM technical components, integrations, reporting, data migration, and customization while working closely with functional and business teams to deliver reliable and scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Oracle Fusion Technical Support & Development :

- Support and manage existing custom solutions, integrations, and technical processes built on Oracle Fusion SaaS applications.

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across Oracle Fusion HCM modules while ensuring system stability and performance.

- Collaborate with business and functional teams to understand requirements and deliver effective technical solutions.

2. Data Migration & HCM Technical Components :

- Provide technical support to HCM Functional teams for HDL (HCM Data Loader), HSDL (HCM Spreadsheet Data Loader), and HCM Extracts.

- Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot data loading processes and extraction solutions.

- Ensure accuracy, integrity, and successful execution of data migration activities.

3. Integrations & APIs :

- Design, develop, support, and maintain integrations using Oracle Fusion APIs.

- Work extensively with WSDL, REST, and SOAP web services across Oracle Fusion HCM modules.

- Monitor and troubleshoot integration issues while ensuring seamless data exchange between systems.

4. Reporting & Analytics :

- Develop and maintain BI Publisher Reports, OTBI Reports, and Dashboards.

- Create and optimize SQL queries for reporting, analytics, and data extraction requirements.

- Support business users with reporting enhancements and ad-hoc reporting needs.

5. Fast Formula Development :

- Design, develop, and maintain Fast Formulas to support business processes and Oracle HCM requirements.

- Analyze and troubleshoot formula-related issues while ensuring optimal performance and accuracy.

6. Oracle Quarterly Updates & Release Management :

- Review Oracle Fusion quarterly technical updates and assess their impact on existing business processes and customizations.

- Coordinate testing, validation, and deployment activities for quarterly releases.

- Work closely with business stakeholders to ensure successful adoption of Oracle updates and enhancements.

7. Oracle Support & Issue Resolution :

- Collaborate with Oracle Support for application issues, bug fixes, product enhancements, and service requests.

- Track and manage incidents through resolution while ensuring minimal business disruption.

8. Testing & Documentation :

- Perform and document all technical changes and enhancements.

- Execute unit testing, component integration testing, system integration testing, performance testing, and capacity testing.

- Conduct quality reviews and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for all developments and changes.
