Job Title : Oracle Fusion Technical Consultant.

Location : Remote (India).

Employment Type : Contract.

Duration : 4 months.

Required Skills & Competencies :

- 10 to 12 Yrs experience with product designing and implementation of Fusion HCM projects.

- 6 Years experience in strong Functional knowledge on HR applications (Fusion HCM).

- Good verbal and written communication including ability to prepare system documentation.

- Details knowledge on HCM extracts, BIP Reports, Analytics.

- HCM spread sheet loader and HCM Data Loader.

- Fast Formulas including the accrual calculation.

- Invoke on Fusion Rest API as well as Web Api call.

- OTBI and BI publisher reports.

- Alert composer and creation of new alerts.

- Workflow Email notification template changes.

- Page composer and understanding of EI expression.

- At least 3 end to end Implementation engagements in various roles Consultant / Lead / Architect and-or Project Lead.

- Conduct Workshop with HR Business Stakeholders : Identify business requirements and map them to the Oracle HCM Cloud Fusion functionality.

- Configure the Oracle HCM Cloud Fusion Applications to meet client requirements and document application set-ups.

- Write business requirement documents for reports, interfaces, data conversions and application extensions for Oracle HCM Cloud Fusion projects.

- Support clients with the execution of test scripts.

- Validate configuration and data for Oracle HCM Cloud Fusion projects.
