Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Solution Architect with strong expertise in EPC (Engineering, Procurement & Construction) business processes, Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications, Project Portfolio Management (PPM), Primavera P6, Primavera Unifier, and Enterprise Performance Management (EPM). The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing end-to-end Oracle Fusion solutions across the EPC value chain, translating business requirements into scalable enterprise architecture, and leading solution design, integration, implementation, and optimization initiatives.

Skill / Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.

- 10+ years of experience in Oracle ERP/Fusion implementations, solution architecture, or enterprise application consulting.

- Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications.

- Mandatory experience in the EPC value chain and project-driven industries such as Engineering, Construction, Infrastructure, Energy, Oil & Gas, Utilities, or Industrial Projects.

- Strong experience with Oracle Fusion Project Portfolio Management (PPM).

- Mandatory experience with Primavera P6 and Primavera Unifier.

- Strong knowledge of Oracle EPM and enterprise performance management processes.

- Experience designing and implementing end-to-end solutions across project financials, project costing, procurement, contracts, and financial management.

- Strong experience in requirements gathering, business process analysis, solution design, and architecture.

- Experience conducting fit-gap analysis and defining future-state business processes.

- Experience working with technical teams on integrations, APIs, data migration, reports, and extensions.

- Strong understanding of Oracle Cloud implementation methodologies and best practices.

- Experience working with cross-functional business, technical, and implementation teams.

- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, documentation, and presentation skills.

- Oracle certifications are preferred.

Job Responsibilities:

Solution Architecture:

- Lead the overall Oracle Fusion solution architecture for EPC and project-driven business environments.

- Design scalable end-to-end Oracle Fusion solutions aligned with business and technology objectives.

- Define solution architecture across ERP, PPM, Procurement, Project Financials, EPM, and related applications.

- Translate business requirements into functional and technical solution designs.

- Ensure alignment between Oracle Fusion and project management platforms such as Primavera P6 and Primavera Unifier.

EPC & PPM:

- Design and optimize Oracle Fusion solutions supporting the complete EPC value chain.

- Lead the design of PPM processes including project planning, budgeting, costing, billing, forecasting, and project accounting.

- Define integration and process flows between Oracle Fusion PPM, Primavera P6, Primavera Unifier, and other enterprise systems.

- Ensure project controls and financial processes are aligned across the organization.

- Support project performance, cost, schedule, and financial reporting requirements.

Primavera P6 & Unifier:

- Define the integration architecture and business processes between Oracle Fusion and Primavera P6.

- Ensure project schedules, WBS, milestones, resources, and project progress are appropriately aligned with Oracle Fusion PPM.

- Design and optimize Primavera Unifier processes for project controls, contracts, cost management, workflows, and approvals.

- Support project controls teams in integrating operational project data with financial systems.

EPM:

- Provide functional and architectural guidance for Oracle EPM solutions.

- Support planning, budgeting, forecasting, consolidation, reporting, and performance management processes.

- Define integration between EPM and Oracle Fusion ERP/PPM where required.

- Ensure EPM solutions provide accurate and actionable executive-level reporting.

Business Analysis & Process Design:

- Conduct workshops with business stakeholders to understand requirements and pain points.

- Analyze current-state processes and identify improvement opportunities.

- Perform fit-gap analysis against Oracle Fusion capabilities.

- Define future-state business processes and solution architecture.

- Prepare functional specifications, process flows, solution designs, and business documentation.

Integration & Technical Collaboration:

- Work closely with technical teams to define integration requirements.

- Support integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST APIs, SOAP APIs, and other enterprise integration technologies.

- Provide functional guidance for data migration, reporting, extensions, and application interfaces.

- Review technical designs to ensure alignment with the overall solution architecture.

Implementation & Delivery:

- Lead or support Oracle Fusion implementation and enhancement projects from design through go-live.

- Provide guidance during SIT, UAT, deployment, and production stabilization.

- Support defect resolution and troubleshoot complex functional issues.

- Ensure solutions follow Oracle best practices, scalability, security, and maintainability standards.

- Provide post-go-live support and continuous improvement recommendations.

Stakeholder & Leadership:

- Act as a senior advisor to business stakeholders, project teams, and technology leadership.

- Coordinate with business process owners, project controls, finance, procurement, engineering, construction, and IT teams.

- Lead solution design discussions with implementation partners and vendors.

- Mentor functional and technical team members.

- Ensure timely delivery of architecture and solution-design activities.
