Job Title : Oracle Fusion Service Delivery Manager

Job Description :

- Lead end-to-end service delivery for Oracle Fusion applications, ensuring SLA adherence and service excellence

- Act as the primary point of contact for business stakeholders, managing expectations and communication

- Oversee application support, incident management, problem resolution, and change management processes

- Provide techno-functional expertise across Oracle Fusion modules (e.g., Finance, SCM, HCM)

- Collaborate with business teams to understand requirements and translate them into functional and technical solutions

- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, system enhancements, and optimization efforts

- Ensure compliance with governance, security, and audit requirements

- Coordinate with Oracle and clients for issue resolution and upgrades

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 12+ years of IT experience with at least 5+ years in Oracle Fusion applications

- Strong functional knowledge in one or more Oracle Fusion modules (Finance SCM,

- Hands-on technical understanding

- Proven experience in service delivery management and ITIL processes

- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

- Experience managing cross-functional and distributed teams

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
