We are looking for an experienced Fusion SCM Techno-Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Oracle Fusion SCM modules and techno-functional capabilities. The ideal candidate should possess hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion Supply Chain implementations, configurations, integrations, business process analysis, and support activities.

The role requires working closely with business users, functional teams, and technical teams to deliver scalable SCM solutions aligned with business requirements. The candidate should have strong communication skills and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

Functional Responsibilities :

- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to Oracle Fusion SCM.

- Configure and support Oracle Fusion SCM modules including :

1. Procurement

2. Inventory Management

3. Order Management

4. Supply Planning

5. Shipping

- Product Information Management (PIM)

- Conduct fit-gap analysis and recommend best practices.

- Support end-to-end implementation, testing, UAT, deployment, and post-production support.

Techno-Functional Responsibilities :

- Work on Fusion SCM customizations, extensions, and reports.

- Develop and support integrations between Oracle Fusion and third-party systems.

- Prepare functional and technical design documents.

- Collaborate with technical teams for issue resolution and enhancement development.

- Troubleshoot application, integration, and data-related issues.

Stakeholder Management :

- Work closely with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

- Conduct workshops, user training sessions, and knowledge transfer activities.

- Provide regular project updates and solution recommendations.

Support & Optimization :

- Handle incident management, root cause analysis, and system optimization.

- Support quarterly Oracle patch updates and release management activities.

- Ensure system performance, data integrity, and process efficiency.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to work independently in client-facing environments.
